Our pigs are free farmed in Fairlie, against the stunning background of the Southern Alps.


Kurobuta is a pure Berkshire pig grown with techniques that Japanese farmers, especially in the Kagoshima prefecture, have developed over many years. The deep nutty and sweet flavour, fine muscle
fibre and high in omega fat are the unique features of this pork.
