Kurobuta Ham Bag

Our Whitehart Kurobuta ham bag is made of natural unbleached cotton, and is designed to help keep your ham fresh in the fridge.

Treat your ham bag per the instructions below for best results:

1. Fill a large bowl with cold water and add ¼ cup white vinegar
2. Place ham bag into the diluted vinegar solution and let soak for a few minutes
3. Remove the ham bag, squeeze out excess water and place the ham inside
4. Store in the refrigerator

Refresh your ham bag every 1-2 days with the diluted vinegar solution above. If stored correctly, your Kurobuta ham should last for 1-2 weeks once cut.
