Whitehart Kurobuta Prosciutto is crafted from our 100% New Zealand Whitehart Kurobuta pork leg.
The Prosciutto is salted, pressed, and cured for a month, then dry-aged for a further three months to develop its complex flavour.
Our Prosciutto is sweet and salty, with aromatic notes of peppers and pimento – enjoy on your favourite rustic bread with fresh basil and drizzle of olive oil.
